Some of the techniques I share here may seen weird or even intimidating or worse, “too hard” to be worth trying. I admit they were to me before I bumbled into them.
The most challenging may be meditation. Most of us pray and know we “should” meditate yet find it weird, confusing or requiring too much spiritual discipline. What a relief to now have hard science to tell us we can’t do it wrong. There are many paths to that mindful connection with our inner selves…and the right one is the way we are drawn to go.
